A pasta and wine bar on the main street of Yarra Glen.
We make our pasta by hand and serve it with Nonna-style sauces. Have a Negroni at a high table by the bar, settle in for dinner for two, or stay out in the courtyard until the wood fire is lit and the shawls come out.
From the kitchen
Ribbons of hand-cut pasta with a beef and pork ragù, cooked slowly the way Nonna would.
Parsley, chilli and white wine. Simple and bright.
Mt Zero olives, salami with guindilla peppers, sea salt focaccia. Order a few to share.
Tomato, cream and chilli, with a touch of vodka.
Aperitivo
Seven takes on the Negroni, spritzes, and a Vespa Martini made with olive gin and olive oil. Come in for happy hour: $10 selected wines and $8 Peroni.
Every Monday
One for the locals. Every Monday the chef puts on a new menu of $25 handmade pastas, and we post it on our socials that afternoon.
